Support Coordination / Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
What is
Support Coordination?
Support Coordination helps NDIS participants get the most out of their plan and achieve their goals by connecting them with the right services and supports. Our experienced coordinators guide you through the NDIS, problem-solve and advocate on your behalf, and build your confidence to manage your supports more independently. Whether you are new to NDIS or have complex needs, we focus on empowering you to live more independently and focus on what matters most to you.
Psychosocial recovery coaching is an NDIS support for people with psychosocial disability that focuses on building a meaningful life, not just managing symptoms. It is recovery‑oriented and goal‑focused, helping people identify what they want, plan steps, and stay motivated. A recovery coach coordinates NDIS and mental health supports, works with families and services, and builds skills in independence, self‑advocacy, and community participation.
